There is a time in everyone's life for change. In my case, it's my room. I literally have been using my kiddie furniture since I was 6. So I think it is time for my little twin bed to be traded out for a new *bigger* one. Also, I thought it would be a smart idea to start buying furniture I would want to take with me eventually after I move out of my parents' house. Smart right? My plan is to slowly acquire furniture that I would want to take with me when I move out. So, when it comes time to move out, I don't have to buy a ton of furniture. Plus we all know how expensive moving out will be so anyway I can alleviate the cost of moving out, would be ideal. TIP! Start acquiring furniture before moving out and start planning ahead and being practical. Pick out furniture and pieces that you will like 5 years from now. In the long run these pieces can be used in your new place! Well, unless you are ballin' and can afford to buy new furniture..haha by all means do that. But for the struggling working girls out there (honeys making money) we gotta save somewhere! So, with that I give you my mood board or a collage of pictures I want my bedroom to look like. I'm thinking gray...gray with accents of white and silver. Classic and neutral.
I think the curtains would make the room look really feminine. Which I really like that shabby chic, look but I want it to be a little more grown up with the neutral colors. Any thoughts? Well thats all I got so far...let me know what you think!
Xoxo,
E
